Why We Built This Site
Colorado uses “docket” for a hearing list and “Register of Action” for the chronological case summary. That distinction matters in Saguache County. The Judicial Branch calendar can confirm an upcoming setting, CoCourts can show real-time register data for a fee, and the Combined Court clerk supplies the official ROA and filed papers. The elected County Clerk and Recorder does not keep judicial case files. We assembled the verified search paths, office contacts, request choices, and local court divisions so each question reaches the correct custodian.
What You Will Find Here
- Case-type help: ways to read Saguache criminal and civil registers without confusing a setting with an outcome
- Hearing information: steps for checking the live court schedule and confirming appearance details
- Search routes: fields used for names, case classes, complete case numbers, and attorney searches
- Document requests: choices for an ROA, filed papers, ordinary copies, and clerk-certified copies
What We Cannot Do
This is a privately operated reference site with no connection to a Colorado court, clerk, or public agency. Those limits mean we cannot:
- Retrieve an official ROA, order, or case file
- Set, cancel, continue, or confirm a hearing
- Seal, remove, or change an entry in a court system
- Authenticate or certify a court document
- Provide legal advice about a pending or past matter
- Guarantee that a fee, office hour, or docket entry has not changed
An official or certified Saguache County court record must come from the Clerk of Court or the tribunal that maintains the original file.
Search Partners
Outside providers power search boxes that appear on some pages. They control their services, prices, result matching, and data practices. A paid signup reached through one of those tools may produce a referral fee that supports this resource. We do not control the provider’s fees or guarantee its results.
